About the Team
The Compliance team at OKX fosters a risk-aware culture, ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations across all business lines. The KYC Advisory team spearheads the design, implementation, and oversight of our Global KYC Program, collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate risks and uphold industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Compliance Analyst, you’ll blend expertise in AML/KYC with strategic oversight to enhance our compliance frameworks. Your role includes:
- Program Leadership: Support the KYC Advisory Lead in refining and executing the Global KYC Program.
- Policy Development: Draft and maintain KYC standards, ensuring alignment with regional regulations (e.g., APAC, EU, U.S.).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Advise teams (Product, Legal, Operations) on complex KYC issues and control enhancements.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify process gaps, recommend corrective actions, and support audit/regulatory commitments.
- Industry Trends: Monitor global regulatory updates and enforce best practices in crypto compliance.

Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 5+ years in AML/KYC compliance (FinTech, crypto, or financial services).
- Proven experience leading teams and AML initiatives.
