The Role: Business Development Associate
As a Business Development Associate, you’ll drive strategic market growth by managing inbound/outbound leads, cultivating partnerships, and optimizing processes. This role is pivotal in building Monad’s ecosystem, spanning DeFi, infrastructure, and beyond.
Location: Preference for NYC-based candidates (hybrid; 3 days/week in-office). Remote considered for exceptional talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Triage inbound inquiries and refine outreach strategies.
- Strategic Outreach: Initiate and nurture relationships with high-potential projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support BD initiatives across marketing, growth, and DevRel teams.
